they require no coordination
no flopping on the floor
you just walk in place
the distance is based on the timing of the music which is approximately a 15 minute mile
it is a brisk pace however according to my fitbit doing the 3 mile video is less than 3 miles it is more like 2 miles I do not care though because
I move for over 45 minutes in an active way
and I get results
Yes! Excellent point. Get moving, get your heart rate up, and sweat (even though you don't like it! LOL)
